Because of copyright considerations, once you have received a print edition or downloaded a file, we do not accept returns nor make refunds.
If you purchase a print edition in error and we ship it, you may return it for a refund, less the cost of shipping, provided you return it in the original unopened package. If you have not received a purchase, or if you have received it damaged, destroyed, or it is in error, then we will do our best to make it right. Contact us, and we will make sure you receive another copy in good condition.
We process online purchases through our shopping cart service, contentshelf. We process your payment online through our payment processor, PayPal. Purchases made in person are by cash, check, or through our payment processor if paying by credit or debit card. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be processed through our payment processor. If you paid by cash or check, your refund will be paid by check.
Currently, we do not accept crypto currencies.
