Three Songs of Praise, for horn and piano

Three Songs of Praise was written for Charles “Skip” Snead and is a “sequel” to Basler’s Three Hymn Tune Settings, published by Southern Music (twenty years separate the two works). The piece received its premiere performance by Snead (horn) and Basler (piano) during the 2008 Southeast Horn Workshop at Columbus State University.
